Older Than 40? Have a fitness and health plan

Over 40 isn't old but stress can be higher. Time is limited. So having a plan or better—someone designing a plan—saves you time and mental energy.

Here's how we do things. We start with a movement and health assessment.

We use this to have a baseline to build on. If you have former injuries, muscle imbalances, or need some coaching with movement—we establish that here.


After the movement assessment and evaluation, we have a consultation. During the consultation we cover what you want most. We don’t want superficial goals. We want to find what your One True Goal is.

The One True Goal is the outcome that keeps you inspired and motivated. Don't worry, we build in milestones or checkpoints to chase during the process so you can notice your progress.

During the consultation, if you have some nutrition questions, or have some lab results that are bothering you, we will talk about them and use them as another checkpoint to improve during this process.

It's not just a plan for exercise or sets/reps, it's a total health plan.
