Bio:

I grew up playing baseball and basketball. Before college I had the opportunity to be coached in speed and agility by Tony Villani of XPE Sports. Experiencing the results first hand immediately generated an interest for me in human movement and physical performance. I dabbled in MMA next and then discovered CrossFit. Now, I simply enjoy coaching and connecting with people. Whether it’s training a future mom during her 2nd trimester, an athlete preparing for their respected sport, or someone who wants to lose a few inches on their waistline, I love helping people achieve their goals.

Bio:

My passion for fitness grew out of years of getting bullied for being the weak, skinny girl at school. Fast forward a year to when i was in college and I won a chin over bar hold contest in my weight training class. The feeling of winning after being bullied was indescribable and is the main reason I wanted to start working out. Later that year, I started to nanny for the owners of a gym. After attending my first class at their gym, I will never forget how amazing(and SORE) it felt to work my muscles. I remember how much I valued the instructor of the class and how thankful I was for them. After a year of attending group fitness classes, I ventured into small group training classes that utilized a wide variety of different weights and movements I’ve never done before. I left every class not only feeling amazing, but also so grateful for the trainers. This motivated me to become one myself. Their passion for helping others ignited my passion for helping others. I wanted to make a difference in peoples lives the way they had made a difference in mine. I wanted to help people get stronger and realize their own potential they didn’t know they had, much like myself.

From learning how to fuel my body correctly to how to train and lift to get stronger, I decided to dedicate my life to helping others become the best and strongest versions of themselves.  I am truly passionate about helping clients reach their goals, whatever they may be. Whether it be developing a healthy relationship with food or reaching strength goals, I’m confident we can work together and reach your full potential.
