FAQs
“How many sessions per week should I train?”
We currently offer two session per week. Depending on the athletes schedule, 2-3 sessions a week works well. We also offer one-on-one training for athletes with specific needs.
“Do you offer team discounts or group rates?”
Yes, we have a minimum athlete number but we try to work with team/group as best we can.
“What age range do you serve?”
8th grade to high school primarily. We do work with college athletes during their breaks as well
“What’s the typical commitment length?”
We offer two session packages—12 or 24 sessions—as well as a seasonal (3-month) plan with a monthly draft.
“Can I tour the facility before signing up?”
Yes, the athlete would also need to be assessed prior to signing up.
