FAQs
What exactly is the Physical Freedom Program?
The Physical Freedom Program is a complete strength, movement, and health coaching system.
Rather than selling workouts or memberships, we take responsibility for helping you build a body that is strong, capable, and reliable long term. That includes how you train, how you move, how you recover, and how your plan adapts as your life and body change.
It’s one integrated system — not a collection of services.
Is this personal training or group training?
It’s neither — and both.
Everyone in the Physical Freedom Program is working toward the same outcome.
The difference is how coaching is delivered.
Some clients work one-on-one with a coach.
Others train in small, coach-led groups.
Some combine in-person and remote coaching.
The program stays the same. The delivery adapts to your needs.
What makes you different?
We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results.
It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
Do I have to be in pain or injured to do this?
No.
Many of our clients are active, motivated, and already exercising — they’re just frustrated by recurring issues, uncertainty, or lack of long-term progress.
The Physical Freedom Program is for people who want to stay ahead of problems, not wait until something breaks.
Is this a good fit if I’m a beginner?
Yes — as long as you value guidance and structure.
This program is not about intensity for intensity’s sake. It’s about learning how to move well, build strength gradually, and develop confidence in your body over time.
Everything is coached and scaled appropriately.
What makes this different from other gyms or programs?
Most gyms sell access.
Most programs sell effort.
We sell certainty.
Instead of asking you to guess what to do, how hard to push, or whether something is “good for you,” we guide the process and adjust it as you go.
The goal isn’t to exhaust you — it’s to build a body that works.
Why is there a 3-month commitment?
Because physical freedom isn’t built in a few sessions.
The first 90 days allow us to:
Identify weak links
Restore confidence in movement
Build strength foundations that actually last
Establish consistency without rushing
Short-term or drop-in training leads to guessing and restarting.
That’s not how we coach — and not how results stick.
What if I’ve tried programs before and they didn’t work?
That’s common — and it’s usually not because of effort.
Most people fail because they jump between programs without ever addressing why their body responds the way it does.
The Physical Freedom Assessment and Consultation exists specifically to clarify this before you commit long term.
Do I need to start with the Assessment / Consultation?
For most people, yes.
The Assessment / Consultation allows us to assess how you move, identify what’s holding you back, and determine the best coaching path for you.
It protects you from guessing — and protects the integrity of the program.
Can I just do the group classes?
Airo Small Group Training is designed to support the Physical Freedom Program — not replace individualized coaching.
For clients already in the program, these sessions improve conditioning, consistency, and work capacity.
If you’re looking for drop-in classes without coaching, this likely isn’t the right fit.
What if I travel or can’t always train in person?
That’s not a problem.
We offer Online Remote Coaching for clients who want flexibility while still receiving expert programming and guidance.
Some clients use it full-time.
Others use it alongside in-person coaching.
The system adapts — the standards stay the same.
Nutrition guidance is included as part of the program.
We focus on habits, recovery, and sustainability — not restrictive meal plans or extremes.
The goal is to support training, health, and long-term consistency.
Is nutrition included?
How do I know which option is right for me?
You don’t need to decide that on your own.
That’s exactly what the Assessment / Consultation is for.
We’ll help you determine:
the appropriate level of coaching
how often you should train
what delivery method fits your lifestyle
There’s no pressure — only guidance.
What kind of results should I expect?
Results vary, but most clients experience:
increased confidence in movement
improved strength and capacity
fewer recurring issues
greater consistency without burnout
More importantly, they stop wondering whether what they’re doing is actually helping them.
Is this a good fit if I just want to work out?
Probably not.
The Physical Freedom Program is a coaching relationship — not a membership.
If you’re looking for unstructured workouts or quick fixes, this may not be the right environment.
