Functional Strength Training

  • Build strength in each arm and leg reducing potential injury

  • 12 week cycles with testing and retesting to track overall progress

  • Dumbbell and kettlebell primary weight elements


Lean Muscle Building

  • High volume (rep) sets to maximize muscle stimulus

  • Tempo (time under tension) and Reps In Reserve (RIR) utilized for an individualized experience in a group training atmosphere


Personal Training Instruction and Experience

  • Highly experienced coaching for all movements for maximal results and learning

  • Small Class sizes for better attention on form and overall long term development


How Sculpt Works:

  • One day is dedicated to lower body training and one day is dedicated to upper body training.

  • 12-week blocks of progressive reps and sets.

  • Movement tests at the end of each block to assess areas of weakness and strength.

  • 4 total tests in the progression and then new tests are added.
