SAMPLE TRAINING DAY (Lower Body Day)

Weightlifting:

A) Front Foot Elevated KB Split Squats 4x6 each

rest 15-30s between legs and 60s between sets

B) Peterson Step ups 3x 8 each

rest 60s

C1) Single Leg wall Sit 3x10-15s each

C2) Single leg vert jumps 3x3 each

rest 60-90s

Conditioning:

4x :30s on :30s off

- Reverse lunges

- Lateral Box Step Overs

- Banded Good Mornings
