If you're not up for group fitness, we also offer personal training. Our trainers work to build relationships with their clients. Through assessment, goal setting, nutrition accountability,  and performance tracking, we provide a better quality of a  1 on 1 training experience. Each trainer has their own style and experience.

I am a Crossfit level 2 coach and currently enrolled in the OPEX Coaching Certificate Program 1. I found interest in training when I was coached by Tony Villani, of XPE Sports, for speed and agility. After that, I found interest in Brazilian jujitsu and MMA, but specifically what those athletes trained like. That brought me into the Crossfit realm. From there I set a goal to write/run my own program. I studied multiple types of Kinesiology from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, mobility, and overall bio-mechanical function. Through assessment and testing I enjoy training not only athletes but also people who have muscle imbalances, movement limitations, and limited training experience. My goal as a trainer is to give people the freedom of movement to increase their quality of life.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, currently coaching group training classes since 2017. I started my fitness journey 4 years ago after realizing I needed to make a change in my sedentary lifestyle if I wanted a better quality life. Ill admit was hard at first, but I made a choice to keep going. And once I started feeling and seeing the physical changes in my body and energy level, I was quickly motivated to become the best version of myself. I owe it all to my trainers. I thanked them every opportunity I could, and they always replied, “YOU did this. YOU made the ultimate decision to better yourself.” I realized that is what i want to do for the rest of my life. To help people break down mental and physical barriers to reach their goals of being active and living a healthy lifestyle. Let us help you become the best version of yourself!
